- Based on a stipulation and agreement, the Washington State Commission on Judicial Conduct publicly censured a judge for 8 instances of unjustified delay in a variety of cases over 3 years. - A hearing panel of the Ontario Judicial Council suspended a judge for 30 days without pay and publicly reprimanded him for wearing a “MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN” baseball hat in the courtroom the day after the U.S. presidential election.
