- The Arizona Commission on Judicial Conduct publicly reprimanded a judge for being argumentative in a case, rarely allowing the complainants to respond, and aggressively cutting them off while stating what he predicted their testimony would be. - Adopting the findings and recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct, which the judge accepted, the New Jersey Supreme Court publicly reprimanded a retired judge for promoting a plea deal in an ex parte conversation with a defendant’s brother.
